Underwhelming Service and Décor
awful carpet cheap furniture
Service felt slow and inattentive despite the staff numbers. The room decor felt outdated. It had an awful carpet and cheap furniture. I also found the lobby surprisingly small.

a charming stay
seating area spacious bathroom shuttle service updated equipment
the junior suite included a seating area and a spacious bathroom , i found the amenities quite convenient. the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to the waterfront. i also appreciated the availability of daily newspapers in the lobby. i took advantage of the on-site fitness centerwith updated equipment.
the elevators seemed a little slow during peak hours , i noticed.

The outdoor pool area offers comfortable loungers , and i enjoyed spending afternoons there. There is also a separate children's pool available. the hotel has a business center with computers and printing services . a gift shop offers a selection of local crafts and souvenirs.

the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of pastries , fresh fruit , and hot dishes , it was quite diverse. i found the afternoon tea service elegant , and the restaurant offered a varied menu with local and international cuisine. the bar provided a selection of cocktails and wines.

the concierge arranged tours and transportation , their service was efficient. housekeeping was thorough , and the staff addressed requests promptly. the front desk staff provided helpful information , and they ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
